Inclusive Leadership:People Business Society

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) developments drive corporate cultures and impact leadership frames. What is the future of DE&I? How is DE&I reshaping power structures? What kind of leadership will emerge to shape a future WOW corporate culture?

Headspring is hosting a conversation in a facilitated and safe environment to discuss DE&I dimensions for people, organisations and leadership development.

We invite HR, L&D leaders, senior professionals and decision-makers who shape DE&I in their respective organisations and departments to join our in-person Headspring Executive Workshop to discover new perspectives, share the experience and challenge with powerful questions to widen future DE&I dimensions impacting organisations.

The programme covers a company presentation on a DE&I journey of a global leading pharma company outlining the impact for talent development, business and stakeholders. It is followed by a facilitated conversation with a DE&I expert who has experience in both European and international contexts.

We look forward to welcoming you in Frankfurt!
