He conducts empirical research on moral character, judgement and behaviour, and has designed and delivered high performance, high integrity leadership, culture and ethics programmes.

Celia de Anca

Director of the Centre for Diversity in Global Management at IE Business School, Celia de Anca is Professor of Global Diversity. She is the author of Beyond Tribalism and co-author of Managing Diversity in the Global Organisation. A fluent Arab speaker, she advises on diversity and inclusion issues in the workplace.

Shiva Roofeh

An experienced global facilitator and trainer, Shiva Roofeh has designed and delivered workshops, programmes and masterclasses centred on facilitating difficult conversations, cultural intelligence and leadership, diversity and inclusion, finding opportunity in differences, and understanding the logic and order in new and seemingly chaotic situations.

Sarah Gordon

Sarah Gordon the FT business editor and an associate editor. Prior to this role she was the FT’s companies editor and an assistant editor, overseeing the coverage of corporate news. She joined in 2001 on the UK companies desk before becoming deputy personal finance editor. Before joining the FT Sarah worked in emerging markets fund management for Citigroup’s asset management business She holds a BA Honours in English Literature from Clare College, Cambridge, and a master’s degree in Latin American Politics and Economics from Oxford.
