Clarity to Lead in a Changing World

For over 130 years, the Financial Times has delivered trusted insight on the forces shaping global business. For over 50 years, IE Business School has worked to redefine business education.

That same commitment to clarity and innovation powers Headspring — the strategic learning partner born from the alliance between the Financial Times and IE Business School.

We combine fearless journalism with world-class business education to help organisations and their leaders make better decisions, accelerate transformation, and lead with purpose.

A journey of growth

Our Story

When Headspring launched as a joint venture between the Financial Times and IE Business School, we started small and with the ambition to reinvent corporate learning.

By combining the sharpest minds in business education with the unbiased perspective of Financial Times journalists, we set on a mission to help leaders prepare themselves and their organisations to thrive in a changing world.

A decade later, we’ve partnered with more than 280 clients globally, delivered more than 2,100 bespoke programmes, impacting hundreds of thousands of learners worldwide every day.

From Madrid to Riyadh, London to Tokyo, our growth has been built on a simple belief: learning matters only when it moves an organisation closer to its strategy and its future.
