HR Talks Geneva: Corporate culture development in disruptive environments

The session took place at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues, in the centre of Geneva and we would like to thank all the attendees that made it despite the weather conditions.

This event was an opportunity to discuss how to communicate, encourage and train the workforce to drive change in an organisation. The conversation was lead by Professor Balvinder Powar, FT | IE Corporate Learning Alliance educator and Jean-Marie Ardisson, Vice-President of Corporate Partnerships.

Robin Kwong, Head of Digital Delivery at Financial Times joined the session virtually to present the Case Studies of the digital transformation at Financial Times and new initiatives, such as the Uber Game that are revolutionizing the news industry.
