Lourdes Centeno

Lourdes joined Ernst & Young in 2017 as Partner of Corporate Law, Corporate Governance and Capital Markets after holding the positions of Vice-president of the Spanish Securities Market Commission and Director of the Bank of Spain. She is a member of the Spanish Legal State Corps since 1996.

Marieta Del Rivero

Independent board member at Cellnex Telecom (IBEX35), member of the board of advisers at Mutualidad Abogacía, member of the advisory board at MadeinMobile and member of the board at the Spanish Executives Association (AED). She is a partner at Seeliger & Conde and president of International Women Forum Spain.

José Miguel Andrés Torrecillas

Former chairman of Ernst & Young Spain and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in both Spain and England. In 2015 he was appointed director of banking group BBVA and lead independent director in 2016. He is the chairman of the Audit & Compliance Committee and the Appointments Committee and member of the Risk Committee of BBVA.

Catherine Moukheibir

She has chaired or been a board member and chair of the audit committees of more than a dozen private and public biotech companies, accompanying them from the venture capital stage to Nasdaq, Euronext or M&A. In addition, she serves on the advisory board of Imperial College Business School.

María Luz Medrano

Group Vice-General Counsel and Corporate Legal Services for Telefónica and Vice Secretary of the Board of Telefónica Foundation. She is a member of the advisory board of the Spanish National Securities Market Commission.

Jorge Medina
