The goal of this program is to help participants to become true diversity and inclusion ambassadors. While providing an in-depth awareness and understanding, the program will provide practical tools to run operations and take decisions while adopting an inclusive mindset.
Participants are in control of their learning experience and can access live session or on demand.
Through group work, participants apply their skills to solve specific challenges faced by your business.

Create Inclusive and Diverse Environments
This program is designed to deliver a deep understanding of the business benefits of diversity by embodying humanistic values. It’s about valuing everyone in the organization as an individual. Supported by the knowledge and experience of our senior Financial Times journalists, it will help your team implement concrete, measurable results and business impact.
Discover practical tools to develop a company-wide culture which allows a strong feeling of belonging and equality for everyone in the organization.
Deal with day to day behaviors which will help your teams to act with empathy and understanding, recognize the impact of actions on diversity and inclusion.
Run experiments to support that cultural change only happens through change in habits and behaviours.
Vocabulary and Meeting Behavior
The first session is all about covering the basics. Participants will understand the negative impact of misbehaviors, attitudes and habits which are often the result of inconscient biases. They will learn about these microaggressions and run experiments to correct them.
Introduction Lab where participants will understand the value perceived with insights, best practice from industry and inspiration. This will allow the participants to have a point of view on the topic.
The participants will define the initial ideas to test which will enhance leadership and team performance.
Hiring and onboarding
The second session will focus on making sure that diverse talents are being represented in the business at all levels. The participants will understand that the hiring and onboarding process has a very strong impact on teams and the business altogether. They will discover tools to improve performance in these fields.
The second Lab is about sharing. The participants will discuss the topic in breakout sessions and share examples, opinions and challenges based on business cases.
In this module, the participants will develop the steps and determine the testing scenarios in a low risk environment within the organization.
Performance and Compensation
In this session we will go deeper. The participants will strengthen accountability on performance evaluation and compensation as they are typically governed by robust processes. They will learn methods to correct these situations which relies on both process and individual or group behaviors.
In this session the facilitator will guide the participants in creating their personal development canvas. They will also define an action plan on how to implement the concept within the organization.
In module is about the testing phase. The participants will conduct the actual experiments over a specific period of time and analyze the results.
Support to Grow as a Person
In this final step we will extend and wrap up the various topics, methods, tools and models already covered in the previous sessions. This final session is about looking back at the experiments and driving towards a mindset shift to support Diversity & Inclusion.
To wrap up the final Lab the participants will share the results of their concept. To complete the learning, additional concepts or perspectives will be added by the facilitator.
The final experiment module is about sharing and discussing the learning outcomes from the experiments in peer groups.
