A breakfast conversation hosted by Financial Times | IE Business School Corporate Learning Alliance

Diversity is dynamic

We believe this diversity framework, though somewhat artificial (as all framework are) can be useful to companies who are trying to refresh their approach to managing diverstiy.

The roundtable will be moderated by a leading Financial Times journalist and Professor Celia de Anca, IE professor and FT | IE educator, who will be providing practical guidance on Innodiversity and answering the below questions among others:

  • What kind of diversity does your company focus on?
  • Are the innovation initiatives within your organisation linked to the efforts to maintain a diverse working environment? If not, how could this be introduced and promoted?
  • Could you benefit from broadening your perspective?

These are some of the questions which HR and L&D leaders are invited to explore alongside are hosts Professor Celia de Anca, IE professor and FT | IE educator and by a leading Financial Times journalist.
