Adopt new behaviors. Progress to the next step

When it comes to managing your own career, how do you prepare yourself to move up? What skills should senior executives hone as they strive to reach the next level?

Careers don’t just happen. Success comes from intentionally adopting career behaviors that anyone can master. In this interactive session, you will reflect on simple, yet hard, questions about your personal definition of success, career direction, or your own ambition.

Before joining, you need to complete a diagnostic that reveals your career management opportunities. Based on the diagnostic’s results, you will get insights into how to become ‘career ready’.

Join Dr. Sergey Gorbatov and Angela Lane for an interactive virtual session on how to add an edge to your career.
