Developing a Positive Leadership Mindset
The demands on today’s corporate leaders are becoming ever more complex. From dealing with pandemics, to the impact of AI, climate change and political risk, leaders need to be confident and realistic about the challenges they face and the attributes they need. Positive psychology has proved to lead to more balanced emotions, making leaders more effective at solving problems, more perseverant in the face of challenges and more likely to succeed. But what steps are needed to develop such a mindset?
Join us for a discussion with Nick Van Dam, Chief Learning Officer at IE University, and Noémie Le Pertel, Co-Director of the Executive Master in Positive Leadership & Transformation at IE University to discuss those and other questions.
