Re-inventing a responsible and innovative economy

Located in the heart of Europe, this region is particularly active in the space of innovation, energy transition to sustainability, new forms of mobility, tackling discrimination and corporate social responsibility.

At a global scale, there’s a shift in the value chain with the relocation of some strategic industries. The international exposure for most European companies and the development of talent are essential conditions for rapid and sustainable growth in the coming years. The Covid crisis had also a significant impact and is leading change in the working habits in the region.

The major challenges which awaits the French speaking part of Europe (like the rest of Europe for that matter) requires reinventing  the economy and developing the necessary talents that companies need. At the same time, leaders must be more innovative, understanding of the impact on the environment, respectful of social constraints and closer to all business stakeholders.

The task is even more difficult “post Covid”. It requires companies, regional states, and leaders to take on a more ambitious, collaborative and agile/flexible approach.

Europe will not lack from competitive advantage for the years to come. Despite the geopolitical pressures and unstable economies, personal and work related stress triggered by the Covid crisis and remote working, access to innovation, collaboration and the willingness to engage, and the socially responsible behavior which needs to be maintained in corporations. The main challenge is in the “how”. How to empower leaders to drive this transformation. This is where the challenge lies, but also where growth can be created.

Millennials, Gen Y and Z are now taking leadership positions in the private and public sector. They are characterized by a real desire to inspire, remain curious and agile, acquire the know-how to train widespread teams and to develop the ability to manage in changing times. Investing in training and lifelong learning for them is essential to unlock their potential and for the organizations they lead.

The development of talent and the transformation of cultures requires agility, understanding of the environment and the ability to test and collaborate. This is a very pragmatic approach and seems to be obvious.

Research and theoretical approaches are of course of interest in the training of leaders, but they cannot be the main area of development. That is why we have a very collaborative approach to constantly testing the concepts and their relevance in the current situation.

Our Team

Local Expertise: Jean-Marie Ardisson

Vice President Corporate Partnerships, France and Francophone countries

Jean-Marie Ardisson spent 10 years in the training and talent management sectors at EMLyon and ESSEC Business Schools. He focused on developing customised executive education and marketing, particularly in his last position as deputy director of ESSEC Executive Education. 

He is responsible for the development of relationships with clients in French-speaking regions of Europe and North Africa. 

In his executive education experience, he has worked extensively with various industrial sectors, as well as companies in banking and insurance, consulting and the luxury sector. These include multinationals Dow Chemical, Owens Corning and Imerys, as a marketer and business development executive. 

Jean-Marie has focused on growing businesses, adapting leadership and their organisations to meet desired business objectives. In particular he has supported the transformation of business models and management to help grow organisations in a VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) environment. 

He has lived in several countries and travelled extensively in North America, Asia and Africa. He is keen on supporting the transformation of organisations as well as taking into account the cultural differences of the various areas where companies operate.

Program Manager
As a Program Manager, Adriana helps organizations respond to business challenges and capture new opportunities by developing, delivering and assessing learning solutions that drive business results and unleash the potential of the company's professionals. Adriana has worked with many firms across diverse industry sectors in Western Europe, such as Insurance, Banking and Finance, IT, Hospitality, Construction and Food Industry. She worked with clients such as Generali, Banco Santander, BBVA, Ferrovial, Cisco Systems, Melia Hotels International, Arla among many others.

Natalia Garcia Rodriguez

Program Manager
Natalia graduated in Translation and Interpreting and has a master’s degree in education. She has over 10 years of experience in the education industry. Based in London, she successfully runs international programmes across all leadership levels, geographies and cultures and works in close partnership with top global companies.

Malek Adjerad (MA) is an experienced Learning and Development professional with significant experience in programme design and impact. He designs change programs worldwide that make a positive impact on people and their organisations.
